How do I sign up for Internet Banking?
You can sign up for our eSTAR Internet Banking system online.  We will take your application online and get you into your accounts today! Simply click here and fill out the application, in minutes you'll have access to your accounts.
Is there a fee for your Internet Banking Service?
No, there is no fee to bank with us online. The free service allows you to view balances, history, transfer funds, view check images and more.

Is there a fee for your Internet Bill Pay Service?
No, we offer Bill Payment FREE of charge (effective 6/13/08). 

Here are a few of the great features you'll receive with the eSTAR Bill Pay Plus Service:

  • Person-to-Person, email payments
    • Send money to your college student
    • Re-pay a friend for lunch
    • Send money quickly to family or friends in the event of an emergency
  • Interbank Transfers, a great new way to move money from institution to institution.

  • Payee categorization

  • Additional security elections by the user
  • Money management graphs & pie charts
  • Send gift checks
  • Customer support from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday

Who can I pay with your Internet Bill Pay Service?
You can pay anyone in the continental United States. Your payment will be processed in one of two ways - either electronically or by paper draft. An electronic payment can take up to three (3) business days before it reaches the payee. If the payment is sent via a paper draft it can take five to eight (5 to 8) business days before it reaches the payee. In most cases, the system will tell you which method will be used to make your payment.

I'm an existing customer of your Internet Banking Service, and I would like to sign up for Internet Bill Pay. How can I do that?
Simply log on to your existing eSTAR Internet Bank account and then click on the Bill Payment button.  From there, you can take a demo of the service or fill out the online application to sign up.

Not all applicants will qualify for Bill Pay Service.


I can't find my Instant Cash & Check® Card, what should I do?
If you notice (during normal banking hours) that your card has been lost or stolen, please give us a call and we will assist you. Our Roseville number is (651) 489-8811 and our White Bear Lake number is (651) 429-4531.

If you notice (after banking hours) that your card has been lost or stolen, please call Instant Cash® directly at 1-800-535-8440.
