Jack graduated from Cretin in 1959 and went on to graduate from Georgetown University in 1963 with a BSBA in Economics and Marketing.

A graduate of St. Cloud State University with over 30 years of banking experience. Frank has an extensive commercial lending background along with executive bank management experience. He is a customer advocate and provides guidance to his customers along with proper financing to ensure a high probability of success for his client base.

Steve Ritt

Steve has been in the Commercial Lending Department at North Star Bank for over 12 years. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, and earned Cum Laude honors while achieving a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Marketing. He currently serves as the Banks Chief Investment Officer and helps facilitate loans of all types. Steve volunteers his time at the Century College Foundation, where he serves as President, and is a member on several other committees including the Alumni association.

Joining North Star Bank in 2011, Jon brings nearly 2 decades of Residential and Commercial lending experience. Well versed in all types of Commercial Lending, Jon specializes in Commercial Real Estate and Small Business Administration Loans. Jon has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and a Bachelor’s degree from Augsburg College. Jon has worked extensively with business customers throughout the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. Jon volunteers his time with Junior Achievement, Rotary International, and the Hudson Soccer and Hockey Associations.

A graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelors degree in Finance. Chris has nearly a decade of community bank experience including Real Estate and Small Business lending. In his time off he enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his Wife and Daughter.

Kurt is a graduate from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He has over 25 years of retail and commercial banking experience. Kurt is viewed by his business clients as a trusted advisor and resource. His passion for the communities he serves is evident through his countless hours of volunteerism and leadership roles on non-profit Boards. “The best part of my job is building relationships with my clients, learning about their business and offering the financial tools necessary for my clients to build a strong and successful business.” Kurt also partners with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and local Certified Development Companies to ensure his clients have the best opportunity to secure financing.

Rob has been a CPA since 1999 and is licensed in MN and WI. He is a native of St. Paul who earned both his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and his MBA at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Since 2002, Rob has enjoyed working in commercial lending with small to mid-size businesses and has extensive experience with manufacturing companies and asset-based-lending. His hobbies are his three grandchildren.

Cindy has over 30 years of banking experience in the areas of personal banking, small business banking, and bank management. She is focused on helping customers meet both their personal and business financial goals. Specializing in personal and small business lending, as well as cash management products and services, Cindy enjoys connecting with customers and helping them to be financially successful. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys traveling, baking, reading and spending time with family.
